We had a very positive time here and would stay here again. Very very nice staff gave advice on things to do. Location: the hotel was right by major shopping centre and the natural parks such as Tidbinilla, Corin forest. Dined at Chalisa Indian Restaurant, it was a 10-15 minute walk from the venue😀🙂

During our recent stay at Alpha Hotel, we found the bed to be incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. The room was clean and quiet, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing stay. We also appreciated the spa facilities, although we would have liked an additional towel for each guest. Despite these minor setbacks, the overall experience at Alpha Hotel was pleasant, and I would recommend it to others. Overall I would definitely consider staying at Alpha Hotel again in the future.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Canberra and had a really pleasant experience. the location was fantastic as it was just across from a shopping centre, making it convenient for any last-minute purchases or meals. The basic amenities provided were great, with a room that had a comfortable king bed and a bath, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day. Additionally, the staff were attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Lastly, the breakfast offered was delicious and a great way to start the day.
Everything was fine, no improvements needed.

The hotel was reasonably clean with efficient and attentive staff who provided us with lovely breakfasts. The room was airy and new-fashioned, included a balcony, a kettle, and an iron. The location was peaceful and absolutely perfect, to Vikings which has a great bistro, and the view was particularly nice, too.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. Located just across from the shopping centre, it's convenient for shopping enthusiasts. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with basic amenities and even a balcony with a view.
No areas of improvement, everything was satisfactory.

the noise which came from somewhere - someone elses air conditioner(?) as i didnt have mine on. Kept me awake till 3. It was overpriced in comparison with others closer to Floriade but we left our booking too late. For $30 moe we could have had breakfast and 2 course dinner incl.
